My grandfather had an ex-police Chrysler and he always wore a cap while driving and often wore a dark blue jumper or cardigan. He loved how people just slowed down and got out of his way on the road. He’d always give them a nod on the way past.

I remember having to change the speedometer on every police car to a more accurate one. The joys of being an apprentice. They were a beautiful car to drive.
