People who take pleasure in that kind of cruelty to animals have some wiring wrong in their brain. He should not be in a position to protect and serve the public with such tendacies. The video evidence is very clear.

He needs a psych evaluation. People who harm animals for pleasure usually have underlining mental health problems. Shouldn't be allowed back on active duty IMO

If he can do this to an innocent animal imagine what he can do to an innocent human. This is a person who is suppose to serve and protect. He showed no regard to a living breathing life. He needs to be held accountable for his heinous actions along with his camera man.

If a police officer kills animals for fun then the police officer should be suspended and jailed as the police officer could be mentally sick and dangerous to public as stoning animals to death for fun is really sick fun.
