has the Police Dept considered approaching the Govt with a suggestion of a Statewide curfew from midnight to 5:00, as many crashes appear to happen in early morning. Not only to save lives but also cost of power.

I go home from Power games later than that sometimes. It would be ridiculous. My kids also enjoy times with their friends until 1 or 2pm. They need to relax and enjoy. They don’t drink and drive but need the freedoms to live.
