  All the traffic in the the left lane unless turning right... yeah that's guna work on these highways. That traffic law must have written along time ago and can't possibly accommodate today's volume of traffic.

  Great work. I have to say though you should state there is NO excuse for tailgating or road-rage regardless of the actions of other drivers. These are usually far more dangerous than driving in the right line, however frustrating. Angry drivers should not be drivers.

  That meme is incorrect and misleading. (a) It's perfectly legal to drive in one of the middle lanes on 3 or more lane road. and (b) it only applies if the speed limit is over 80.
