      First time I’ve seen your question, had you put it up earlier tonight? Perhaps @SAPoliceNews best to respond but road toll often is revised down once circumstances are investigated. Agree it seems different.

      We spoke with Major Crash Investigators yesterday and they advised because the man was riding a bike on a road related area (bike path)
