UCP candidates are literally knocking on doors in Calgary and pitching themselves to voters by promising to be a check on Kenney. The party seems to recognize how unpalatable their leader is.

Calling leadership "dictatorial," 17 -Falconridge constituency members resign from party, claiming they had no control over nomination process & were left in the dark over major decisions.

From our Jan. 2 Town & Country - with truck protests and separatism current hot topics, I put the question to our three area politicians. So far only the appears to be staunchly pro-confederation.

Had Kenney never showed up, I’d probably still be a PC Voter as I was committed to rebuilding and cleaning up our party. But Kenney rolled in & I knew he’d be bad news. I wanted none of it. I’ll be voting NDP in the next election.

Some of the negative reaction to evidence like this reminds me of students who, in stats class, generate evidence themselves that disconfirms their hypotheses/assumptions, but they still won't believe it 🤷‍♀️

When both and are saying the exact same thing, then it's 100% accurate that it's no mistake. It really is targeted harassment. I resigned my membership too. Know what I got? A short letter saying "your membership is cancelled". Period.

Not a mistake. I resigned my Tory membership last spring and received the same letter “revoking” my membership in the “UPC” that I repeatedly cancelled. And the fundraising calls from Toronto still continue.

well now. This is odd. not surprizing. Yet, I have no words. Well, not ones my mum would approve of. This kind of disorganzation really is one giant headshake. UGH.

So many takeaways from this. 1) The ucp are even more disorganized than I thought. 2) The ucp are even more incompetent than I believed. 3) The ucp membership numbers are extremely inflated. 4) Political parties should be required to comply with privacy and CASL legislation.

I have no words. Old lists = membership inflated #’s. You resigned/revolved your consent 2 yrs ago. If political parties were include under privacy laws this would be a breach. Why are they still excluded?

Interesting insight in the email sent to Apparently seems to think he has Calgary-Edgemont in the bag, doesn't need to earn your vote, & is needed to help weak UCP candidates instead. All OK with you Calgary?

It's been shown that cannot run an ethical leadership campaign. It's been shown that the cannot run an election campaign. I do not need to see first hand if they can or cannot run this province. That's why I will vote and I urge you to as well.

So essentially, every new volunteer/staffer who’s had membership/office access granted after you left PCAA has also had access to your address, phone # , email &donor info (CCs/cancelled chqs)...all supervised by the same bullies &bystanders you endured. Chilling.

This all reminds me of this one time when a boss tried to fire me after I said I was quitting, and then the next day asked if I would still do freelance work for them. 🤣
