Add this to the support in the Senate, 51-40, for Udall-Kaine amendment and there is a strong bipartisan consensus that the Trump administration doesn't have authorization for an Iran war. It should be in the final defense authorization bill.

if he veto's the entire bill, yes, but it's unlikely he veto's the whole bill for this one amendment. before that, the senate has to pass a bill and then reconciliation between both house and senate bills, then another vote on the reconciliation bill.
Now do one further and get out of Syria. Pack up every single base and get out. USA has committed many war crimes in Syria and needs to do one.
