I know i can claim etc, I will. I am shocked about the service your employees give. As en ex cabin crew i do know a little and what i saw was terrible. It doesnt cost much to teach your staff how to be more attentive, caring and kind does it ?Maybe treating them better migh help

Warsaw Modlin, over 3hrs delay, ppl sat on the hot plane, and the crew were charging us for water! That just isnt right! Shame!
and nobody came throught the cabin once to check if everyone is ok! Shocking service!
