instead of wasting your time with these useless tweets, why dont you actually look after your customers and start replying to the hundreds of people tweeting you about the strikes going on in France?!

I drove all the way to Stansted to talk to your customer services (as your phone and live chat services weren't working for 3 hours prior!!) only to be told we can get a refund but no help towards to the stupid cost of a new flight. You guys know how to drive customers away!

Are you going to reply to your many customers who’ve had flights cancelled? Are you going to offer us all what you should have in the first place- places on other flights with other airlines? It’s not good enough that you’ve not anticipated the staffing needed to cover the issue

Are you going to price your tickets the same as other airlines? Oh wait... They are a shit company when it comes to customer service and absurd rules, but they are the only reason I can visit my parents 800km away with 20euros per flight ^_^
