Going on our first family holiday abroad with our 3 children and @Ryanair have just cancelled our flights (2 days before we fly!) No explanation and alternative offered just a refund (one way) no chat service available and no idea what to do next! HELP!!!!

We received an email and txt but were advised the flight was cancelled and no alternative was offered. It’s a package holiday & supposed to be meeting my husbands parents there- who are travelling Ryanair from Birmingham tomorrow and the flight is currently scheduled to fly, how?
