@Ryanair Hey, my luggage damaged after landing yesterday and your airport personal refused to accept that as a "damaged luggage". I mean the case is now worthless since I can't close it anymore. Can't access your live chat since I'm thrown out the q because of timeouts. Where to?

I don’t have the report file number since your airport stuff said “a broken case is not damaged luggage since the content is not damaged” what is ridiculous in my Opinion. My 300€ case is broken and it’s no damage.
