trying to get a reply from @Ryanair is like trying to get blood from a stone! why should I pay for a service I never received? an acknowledgement of your mistake would be nice!!

maybe Ryanair shouldn't be so rubbish then they won't have so many complaints to go through. this is the first time I've flown with Ryanair and it'll most definitely be the last.
