@Ryanair I have just made a reservation a few minutes ago. The extra bag wasnt added even though I selected it. I paid. I went back in a minute later to add the bag again and it was charging me 50£ rather than 35£. I contacted customer service chat and explain the very honest

I think what you meant to say was “you still have to pay the higher price whilst we pretend that we are going to take your genuine complaint seriously, after which you will receive a bog standard email reply quoting the terms and conditions” .
