On the 15th April 2018 we emailed @Ryanair special assistance for my wife. After multiple emails requesting a response we’ve heard nothing. This is an absolute disgrace.
Strange how @flybe can respond within 3 days. Guess who we are flying with in the future?

They don't want to help once they've taken your money. Customer assistance is at the bottom of their agenda.
