Sh!tty cr@p experience flying with @Ryanair this morning. Maybe Michel O'Leary should fly with them from STN in disguise one day. Pretty sure he'd miss his flight if he had to queue for customer service. Apparently missing flight comes with the package for a lot of travellers!

I was charged for printing boarding pass when it's not my fault, I had to spend 1.5 hr in the queue for help, your colleague told us to keep waiting for our turn but gate was closing soon, I couldn't pay for fast track security online when my partner managed to.
