@Ryanair Do you deliberately disable the pay now button when customers book flights? Then they are forced to book over the phone where you charge extra. This was my experience today, no one would offer assistance!!

That isn’t helpful. I followed all your instructions yesterday. It wouldn’t work for me or my mum. Different internet connections and laptops. I asked to speak to IT yesterday but no one was interested. Happy to take extra money off me though.
