@STN_Airport @Ryanair Landed 13:43 - 1hr 15mins later still no luggage! Travelling with a 2 year old with food allergies and all we need is some food, but stuck here forever waiting for pram. Is this this to encourage people to book priority. #unacceptablewait

Yes, after enquiring & them making phone calls we finally got the luggage 1hr 20mins later. Several people travelling with small children. People may have booked fixed transfers. Such delays are unacceptable.
