@Ryanair I called customer service to check my father in and as it is a work trip we dont have the email it was booked in so the "customer service" advisor said cant help and hung up! We called back and another one told us to get over it! Disgusting!

Thats not really the issue is it. The behaviour of the staff is the issue. Customer service clearly isnt Ryanairs strong point.
