Maybe you can start by explaining why 'technical problems' is given as a reason for the delay, while in reality your aircraft ei-dym was not on the ground but left for a scheduled flight to Rome?pic.twitter.com/FfY9AxcjwD

@Ryanair. I've sent ei-dym yesterday's flight schedule to the Italian and Belgian aviation authorities. Maybe they can provide me more information.
