Yet again @Ryanair show themselves and their employees to be rude, unhelpful and manipulative. Their online chat system appears to be run by petulant children with no drive to help anyone other than themselves and certainly no power to do anything except tell you you're wrong.

If you’re able to help me upgrade my ticket for Thursday to the plus package which is what I was trying to buy then yes, that would be great! If not, then sadly no if the rude man on your chat services is anything to go by.
