Nope, call centre couldn’t help and no contact details anywhere online. What’s the correct channel? No travel credit reflecting, and had to call http://hotel.com direct to get booking confirmation originally…and nowhere to get any help!

Still no help. Being sent from call centre to call centre - terrible service! You managed to take the money from my credit card quickly enough, now no one can help me...
