@Ryanair East Midlands Flight to Alicante on 09/04 and then Alicante to East Midlands on 13/04. We requested special assistance as we are profoundly deaf, and on our boarding pass it stated that we should have a safety briefing transcription. Unfortunately we didn't receive any.
