Hi @Ryanair I’ve been waiting for my refund vouchers since the 1st March (apparently escalated), it’s now been over 7 weeks & I’ve still not received this. I need these to book a flight ASAP. What exactly is your definition of "We reply as fast as possible"?

So after re-issuing me the vouchers you have now gone one better and put them in the wrong name
this is beyond belief now! Right, can you just issue my vouchers again in my name? There’s even a clue in my twitter name
