@Ryanair my friend just checked us in for our flight on Friday and you put us apart from each other even though there were lots of seats
we were willing to pay to sit together but then your website stopped working and won’t let us change it now

Hi Suze, seats are allocated at random at the time of check-in, therefore we cannot guarantee you will be seated together unless you choose to sit together at the time of booking. Thanks

Okay - but what about the fact when we tried to pay to sit together the website stopped working and now won’t let us change. Is there nothing we can do?
