FR2861. This flight was delayed by over two hours and we had to wait 30 mins in a hot corridor while the plane was being prepared, having been hurried through boarding. Multiple people asked for water and were told they could pay for water, "its Ryanair policy".

One passenger on the plane showed an air hostess the EU law stating airliners are required to offer all passengers a refreshment, free of charge. She told him that this does not apply to Ryanair. I fail to comprehend how your own employees don't know your own code or the law.
