@ryanair I’ve now spent more time delayed than in the air on my journey from STN>BCN and back. Ridiculous.

Hi - I have requested food and drink be provided as per the passenger care 261/2004 but the cabin crew have said they are not able to provide anything. The delay is now over 2 hours. This is unacceptable
