@Ryanair I've just paid for priority boarding & 2 cabin bags. Do I HAVE to take both bags thru security or can my larger bag be checked into the hold straightaway? I've just been told I may not be able to take tools thru security. Thanks

Hi, cabin bag must be taken to the boarding gate, but tools in hand luggage may not be allowed through, this is down to airport security. Thanks AR

OK, sounds like it's not worth the risk. Can I convert my priority ticket into 1 small cabin bag + 1 checked in bag then? Thanks

Hi, unfortunately a 20kg bag will have to be purchased if you wish to check in bag at the check in desk. Thanks AR

We see conflicting prices for this on the website and are confused - can you clarify how much it costs to check in a bag that is under 20kg? And can we get a refund for the priority boarding no longer needed? Thanks

Hi, any flights extras cannot be refunded as per our T&C's, and prices for baggage can be found on our fees table: http://tinyurl.com/pntvaw3 Thanks AR
