@ryanair still no one getting back to me regarding getting charged twice for flights !! Going on complaints page and getting no where phoning up getting told go on complaints page

I already gave my booking reference someone got back said i was charged correctly (which i wasnt ) then never got back to any other mails ! Seems everyone else on Twitter has the same problem
