Dear @Ryanair, in Sep 2017 you cancelled one of my flights and promised reimbursement according to Art. 7 of EU Regulation 261/2004 within 10 days. Do you mind explaining why after 5 months contacting your Customer Service at least 4 times I still did not receive any payment?
