@Ryanair Made a genuine mistake on dates when making a booking, (2018-not 2019) have spoken to Live chat and have been advised to contact complaints dept TID 4385738 hoping a sensible resolution can be found.

So Have spoken to chat line been given incorrect info, then advised to speak to complaints dept who have come back and said speak to Chat line! My hopes of getting resolution seem a long way off.
