I am trying to submit the online Ryanair EU261 CompensationandExpenseClaim Form for my flight from Stanstead cancelled in the 30th, however it does not let me complete the process because it says “the flight information you entered is incorrect”, while it’s not. What should I do?

Don’t hold your breath. I’ve been waiting for my compensation since last September. I have had 2 letters attached to emails saying that I will receive my payment in 10 working days both times. I am due to receive the payment this week. Fingers crossed
