Miserable service from #StanstedAirport ground services to costumers. 45 minutes inside the aircraft waiting for the stairs. After all that time just the front door was serviced. We are people not chicken!

I will do this, but it’s so much more than just about compensation. It beggars believe that you force people already delayed 8 hours to wait another hour for baggage and they truly have no choice but to wait.

Adds insult to injury. I had to do a 340 mile round trip to collect him as he’d obviously missed his coach. Appalling service!
