@Ryanair I have applied for a refund for flight FR9014 but how do I claim for compensation as we were over 3 hours delayed (and then cancelled)? This was due to a technical fault on the flight and not the fire.

But it re-routes me to claim a refund and not compensation?? We also have not got our bag but was unable to report it lost at the airport as there were thousands of bags, and NO ryan air staff anywhere.
