@Ryanair Hi! Where do I have to claim my money back after what happened at stansted airport? We landed in Birmingham and we had to wait hours... who can I write to?

My flight wasn’t cancelled! We were suposed to land in Stansted at 18:45 and we arrived at Birmingham at 22h!! And we has to pay for a train to London aswell!! What can I do about this?!
