A free move to another airport 3 hours away... with no advice on how to get to the airport etc! The text was way too late & had no helpful info in it. How can I claim back expenses?

We were told at 10am there was a flight leaving at 1pm from Stansted. No way of getting tickets other than queuing at customer services for 4 hours. Hence missed flight. Great service. NOT
