@Ryanair if the flights are cancelled you need to email people to let them know

I have seen online that the flight is cancelled but I haven’t received any confirmation. Not only that but I’ve also been told there’s no flights available til the 1st even though your policy is ‘within the same day or next day’?

Have been trying to reconnect on web chat as well as calling but keep getting booted out of both. Not to sound rude but are Ryanair really just adopting a ‘head in the sand’ approach and not communicating with any customers?
