So @Ryanair -- in January you vowed to stick to EU regulations about delays. FR8545 is 2 1/2 h late -- are you gonna provide care to passengers stranded in Berlin Schönefeld as per regulation or do we have to continue sitting on the floor for the next 4 hours?
