@Ryanair 4 weeks waiting on response from Ryanair regarding cancelled flights during the snow! Every time I go on live chat No one can help and today I was told to ring 0818303030 I was left on hold for 15mins (probably at premium rate) and then hung up on!!! Disgraceful
