.@Ryanair we are a luggage bag down after flying with you this morning (FR 194) due to your new cabin bag policy. And no one is able to help us locate it because your steward hand writing is so bad! Please advise what we can do. Currently have no clothes, medication, toiletries..

Yes we did and we stayed at the airport for hours with them. But they didn’t give us a ticket number. I can send you a pic of the form that they filled in at the airport and our baggage sticker.
