@Ryanair my flights for 2-5th March were cancelled due to the snow and I STILL haven’t been reimbursed!! I’ve contacted you many times and complained, but not had any replies in WEEKS! I want to rebook and prices are increasing. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

My booking ref was MNNRG. I chatted on your live chat 3 times (experiencing EXTREMELY slow replies, one even of 20mins for one answer) and got nowhere. I called Ryanair and they said weeks ago they’d escalate it but I’ve heard nothing at all since. Thanks
