Completely appalled at @Ryanair customer service. Flight to Lisbon cancelled with no explanation, no apology, no replacement flight for 4 days, shouted at on the phone by their staff and now £280 down on another flight to salvage our trip. Disgraceful.

It wasn't due to the French strikes. The flight cancelled was to Lisbon on 22nd March, which was before the strikes. Why would French strikes affect a flight to Lisbon?
