@Ryanair what a terrible experience it is to deal with your staff. What is the complaints department email address so that I can waste some more of my time on something which could be resolved very easily? Sigh.

Can you not just give me an email address? I need to forward an email that Ryanair have sent me with wrong details on to get the matter resolved. I can guess where this conversation goes - the same as the 6 previous conversations I have had with your colleagues.
