@Ryanair looking to just use the 10kg allowance as we don't need extra baggage for flight (leeds to malaga). Can these bags go in hold as to allow us to pack suncreams/liquids etc?

Hi Dan, please see this link for information on our cabin baggage policy for all routes: https://tinyurl.com/y8g8azrg . Thanks AR

As the 10kg bags will be in the hold does that mean I can have liquids in them?

So even though the 10kg bag is going into the hold it still can only have under 100ml per bottle. Yet if it was a 22kg bag it can have bottles to whatever volume?

Yes as it has to go through airport security and that is their regulations. AG

But it doesn't... It gets checked in with staff at the check in desk before security. So What difference is there between a smaller 10kg case (No extra cost) and a 22kg bag (£70 return extra)?

Hi, are you looking at paying to check the cabin baggage in at the check in desk.? If this is the case you can check in whatever liquids required. AR

The standard allowance is 10kg for 1 bag. This goes in the hold unless I pay extra to take it with me into the cabin. I'm not paying the extra. So my bag is going in the hold (No extra £, covered in my standard fare). So no limits to liquids surely?

Hi Dan, if you are looking to take the cabin baggage through security, the 100ml or less liquid restriction will apply. This is standard airport security procedure and not affiliated with any airline. AR

I'm not taking it through security as your policy now is to put my bag in the hold of the plane unless I pay extra! I just want confirmation that as it is going into the hold of the plane there are no liquid restrictions. The bag will go through check in not security with me

Hi, the cabin bag can be placed in the hold free of charge at the boarding gate. AR
