@Ryanair website says not entitled to money back for hotel and food after flight cancelled due to storm Emma. Can I get an explanation as to why this is?

I have the same issue, I tweeted earlier but got no response. I used the form above. Told me I had an new flight to Dublin the next day which was untrue. Given a flight to Stansted and then one 2 days later to Shannon. Not happy at all.
