Hi Donal, I'm referring to the confirmation email sent the day of the purchase of the flights. JC
2/2... so my guess would be that in the outbound flight they added the two returning bags but only charged you for the outgoing bags, which would explain why you paid at both airports and why you received that email with all the bags. JC

Thanks JC. For the record, I was never querying to costs, only that I was under the impression that I was being charged twice. I know it's prob not your job to have to deal with irate customers, so i appreciate you giving it your time.
