ETMWMT. Many thanks for talking to me on this matter. It's much appreciated. I've been waiting 13 working days for someone to get back to me, so you can understand my anxiety

There you go JC. If you look just to the right of my name, you'll see that there are bags booked for the out bound and inbound flight. I've highlighted it in red on the second photo attached!pic.twitter.com/u63hQHBBna

Hi Donal, I'm referring to the confirmation email sent the day of the purchase of the flights. JC

2/2... you were then charged the fee for adding a bag after the booking at the airport for both bags and flights. In addition here is alist of our fees: http://tinyurl.com/pntvaw3 so that you see you were charged correctly. JC

I'm confused JC. The email I'm looking at was just showing what I had already paid at both airports?

Hi, correct, as you can see it was sent the days you payed for the bags, meanwhile the original confirmation email was sent the day you booked the flights, when at that moment you did not book checked bags...1/2
