Hi @Ryanair - I am currently looking to change the return leg of a current booking due to bereavement of an immediate family member, however it looks cheaper to rebook onto a separate flight rather than change due to the change fees. Is there any way to waive these so I can 1/2

Hi AR - thanks very much. I've decided to use your bereavement refund facility to cancel the flight, however we are awaiting proof of death as it happenned this morning. My flight is tomorrow night, i'm keen to cancel it however I can't submit the form without the proof. 1/2

Will it be better to submit this form after the scheduled departure with the correct documentation, or should I do it now in advance of the flight to ensure I am cancelled with plenty of time and add documentation when it arrives. Cheers. C
