Are you able to fix the payment issues on your site? Unable to book for 4 days now. Call centre want to charge payment fee. Impossible to book online.

Joke! After the disgraceful way you have treated your 'valued' customers recently! No systems or people available to rebook flights and then you write to me 'you chose not to book with
@Ryanair'. So no comp for the 2 flights you cancelled and the costs I incurred getting home! -
It is ok for you to keep on sending people copies of their rights and eu261 forms. The top and bottom of it is, you don’t do anything about it!!! Just a wasted exercise. You might as well save yourselves time and not build up peoples hopes of them ever getting any compensation.
