@Ryanair I had just tried to re-book my cancelled flights through the website and it was charging me. I called customer care, my call was picked up immediately and the lady was very helpful and had me sorted within 3 minutes. I didn't get her name, but I'd like to say fairplay!

I wish I had positive experience! Customer Service just hung up on me and you don’t reply on twitter!! So frustrating and I get you are busy but this is ridiculous !!

Oh dear :( I can imagine that they are fairly inundated, hopefully if you keep trying, you'll get through. I could have re-booked my outgoing flight online without any issue, but my problem was the flight home which hasn't been cancelled yet.
