Accept this is all beyond your control and safety is paramount but you really do need to man those phones and respond to people, especially the stranded! Makes my own problem seem small but ... having paid £100 for airport lounge who reimburses that?

People keep trying the live chat, it took me about 10 mins to fill in the info box but once I did I had my flights changed within 8 minutes .

It would be easier to stomach if your customer service actually gave a shit. If you are one of the lucky 'lottery winners' that actually get through to talk to someone you get given a stock answer read from a cue card. Probably the worst customer service from any company ever
